Bee Hive Frames

Bee Hive Frames are placed inside your bee hive. The frames are what your bees build out their honey comb on, keeping the bee hive organised and allowing you to easily do inspections and honey extractions. You can buy plastic bee hive frames or wooden bee hive frames, depending on your preference - we explain the difference of wooden vs plastic bee hiveframes here.

Depending on the style of bee hive frame you use you may also need to purchase frame wire or foundation sheets. If you're using wooden frames with wire and foundation sheets, an electric frame wire embedder tool will help the beeswax foundation sheetsstick to the frame wire. Plastic beehive frames don't require that setup and are ready-to-go, which makes them a convenient modern option.
